TCL is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our position in the Air Conditioning market. If you’re a motivated professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer relationship management, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Consolidate and grow relationships with key clients, identifying local needs and aligning them with TCL’s commercial and marketing offers.

🔹 Define customer-specific sales forecasts and business plans; compile and analyze performance figures.

🔹 Manage commercial agreements and ensure optimal terms in line with company policies.

🔹 Promote TCL’s full Air Conditioner product range through compelling presentations and tailored service offers.

🔹 Work closely with marketing to improve brand visibility and positioning across all channels.

🔹 Monitor and improve sell-out performance with clients in various channels.

🔹 Track competitor activity and provide regular reports and insights.

🔹 Ensure close coordination with Business Development Managers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with Air Conditioning (AC) products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong business negotiation skills, solid experience in market analysis
