Role Description

This is a full-time in-office Sales Support Representative based in Herzliya. The Sales Support Representative will handle a variety of tasks including preparing quotes, following up on active leads from outside sales, entering sales orders and ensuring customers receive all proper documentation and regulatory information required.

We are seeking an individual with experience in providing exceptional customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing communications with clients, and ensuring smooth customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Experience in Distribution Services is a plus
• Experience in CRM is required
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in the specialty chemicals or food ingredients industry is a plus
