We're Hiring: Hardware Team Lead

📍 Location: Rishon LeTzion

We’re looking for a hands-on Hardware Team Lead to take charge of our hardware development activities, lead distributed teams, and bring innovative tech solutions to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead hardware development and define technical processes
• Manage and mentor a talented team of engineers
• Design analog and digital circuits and stay hands-on
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product specs
• Research new technologies and assess integration potential
• Build infrastructure for knowledge sharing and documentation
• Drive projects from concept to production, ensuring hardware quality

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in analog and digital circuit design
• Proven experience developing HW/SW integrated products
• Knowledge in physics and electro-optics – a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent in English
