• Be part of a fast-growing engineering team building a cutting-edge, AI-driven platform that makes a real impact.
• Lead the development of AI-driven features and infrastructure, with a focus on LLM (Large Language Model) applications.
• Design and implement backend systems that integrate seamlessly with LLM pipelines and APIs.
• Own the end-to-end development of AI-based services, from proof of concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver value to our users.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, especially around scalable and reliable LLM integration.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and frameworks, and bring them into our stack where relevant.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer or Python Backend Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Practical, production-level experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Deep understanding of how to consume and integrate LLMs into backend systems.
• Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic workflows.
• Strong experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Experience working in cloud-native, containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Familiarity with distributed systems or computer vision models.
