This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the world of programmatic media. As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work within a high-performance XML advertising team, managing digital campaigns, analyzing real-time data, and fine-tuning performance to maximize results.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the go-to contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success
• Manage programmatic campaigns on XML-based platforms—run A/B tests, optimize bids, and segment audiences
• Evaluate campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data providers
• Balance multiple projects with excellent time and task management

What You Bring:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• A strong analytical approach with a keen eye for performance data
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
