Your Role:

• Lead the engineering team building our proprietary real-time optimization platform
• Architect and scale data-heavy web applications that impact millions in ad spend
• Combine hands-on coding with technical leadership and mentorship
• Collaborate daily with product managers and performance teams to align business and tech
• Champion long-term architecture while balancing rapid delivery

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years leading dev teams
• Expert in backend development – especially Python and microservices architecture
• Proficient in SQL & NoSQL database design and integration
• Strong front-end experience with React and scalable UI patterns
