Hiring: Communication and Information Security Team Leader
Job Description:
A leading organization is seeking a Communication and Information Security Team Leader. This role includes responsibility for maintaining and implementing communication and cybersecurity systems, leading a professional team, managing vendors, and overseeing related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for various communication and cybersecurity systems: incident handling, implementing requirements, and project management.
Day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Communication and Information Security team.
Ongoing communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in communication and information security, including team leadership.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage interfaces.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity systems such as: EDR, DLP, VPN, content filtering, network traffic protection, file sanitization (CDR), and more.
Solid knowledge and experience in Switching and Routing (at least at the CCNA level).
Experience working with CISCO and HP network equipment.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP.
Experience in leading and managing technology projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good level of English – mandatory.
Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekly evening on-call shifts (remote) and monthly weekend on-call duty.
