The Phoenix Realtech Fund is part of the Phoenix Group. We manage innovative alternative investment vehicles with a strong focus on real estate across the U.S. and Europe.
We're now looking for a new team member to join us in a key operational role.
Role includes:
- Monitoring NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and executing the accounting consolidation process
- Preparing periodic reports and overseeing the control process
- Planning and managing cash flow forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Preparing periodic reports for the investment committee and the board
- Ongoing coordination with the fund administrator
- Maintaining relationships with the fund’s partners
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration (Master’s degree – an advantage)
- Previous experience in fund operations / mutual funds / investment houses
- Familiarity with reading financial reports
- High proficiency in Excel
- High-level English (reading and writing)
