Principal Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Principal Software Architect to be part of a pioneering team that will lead the design and development of our product from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to design and implement robust, scalable systems that form the backbone of our offering and have a chance to play a key role and make a big impact on the company’s product and technology.

🧱 What You’ll Do

●     Architect and build the entire SaaS product from scratch.

●     Lead high-level and low-level design decisions that set the direction for years to come.

●     Create software that uses cutting edge conversational AI, Agentic workflows, GenAI, and LLM models.

●     Develop production-grade, secure, scalable systems for enterprise use.

●     Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape roadmap, features, and timelines.

●     Establish core engineering practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, infrastructure.
