VP of Marketing

We’re an early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize how people engage with sound—rethinking what hearing support, audio intelligence, and human connection can be in a modern world. This is an opportunity to lead marketing at a company building deeply human technology that puts care, empathy, and design at the center.

We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to help us tell this story to the world. You’ll be the architect of a brand that speaks directly to people—intelligently, emotionally, and with purpose—while also driving growth through smart, modern marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and lead a full-stack marketing strategy, from narrative to performance
• Build a brand that resonates emotionally and builds long-term trust
• Assemble and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Lead demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital funnel optimization
• Work closely with design, product, and founders to ensure every touchpoint reflects our values
• Build out marketing operations, analytics, and a clear view of ROI
• Experiment with bold ideas and fresh channels—this isn’t a play-it-safe role

You Bring

• 6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ in leadership roles
• Proven experience building a brand in SaaS—especially for mid-market audiences in the U.S.
• Mastery of digital and performance marketing (plus the wisdom to know when brand comes first)
• A strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach—comfortable building from zero
• Excellent storytelling instincts with a human-centered voice
• Fluency in customer empathy and data analytics alike
• Native-level English communication skills
• Excitement for building something that impacts lives in a tangible, meaningful way
