We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS startup backed by top-tier investors and on a mission to stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities by helping security teams prioritize and remediate risk at the speed attackers move.
This is not your average sales role. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be on the front lines, partnering with advanced, security-conscious enterprises to drive high-impact deals in a rapidly evolving space.

The platform de-risks 90% of critical vulnerabilities overnight across hybrid environments and leverages existing security tools to mitigate and remediate the 10% most likely to be exploited.

What you will do
- Own your region and build a pipeline of high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Run a high-velocity, consultative sales process from prospecting through close
- Uncover what matters to security leaders and demonstrate how the platform helps them act faster and reduce risk
- Deliver compelling, outcome-based demos and value stories to CISOs, Heads of IT, and security teams
- Collaborate with partners, MSSPs, and internal teams to drive joint wins and customer success
- Contribute feedback to improve go-to-market messaging and sales processes
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a predictable, healthy pipeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B or cybersecurity solutions, preferably to enterprise or mid-market customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity buyers, especially in vulnerability management, SecOps, or threat intelligence
- Ability to navigate multi-threaded deals and engage C-suite buyers
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to tailor narratives for technical and business audiences
- Familiarity with partner-driven selling, MSSPs, and VARs
- Energetic, curious, and resourceful, with a creative approach to opening doors and closing business
- Experience with Salesforce and disciplined pipeline and forecast management
