We're Hiring: Strategic and Visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Tel Aviv | Jerusalem | Lod | Modi'in

Report to: CEO

Bynet Data Centers is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize its operational infrastructure with a strong focus on innovation, professionalism, and business impact.

This is a key executive leadership role, responsible for partnering with the CEO to define and implement strategy, while leading internal teams and driving operational excellence in a rapidly growing technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as a core member of the executive team, partner with the CEO to shape company strategy , vision and values and translate them into execution.

·       Lead and manage the company’s construction budget with a focus on professionalism and alignment with organizational goals.

·       Oversee operational departments, internal systems, routine and incident procedures, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

·       Monitor and optimize company KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.

·       Support the company’s expansion in Israel and abroad, in close collaboration with the sales team – including international client relations and contract negotiations.

·       Drive strategic projects, track progress, and ensure effective execution.

·       Analyze company performance and lead monthly and annual management reviews.

·       Set and monitor operational goals and targets aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

·       Plan and implement new business initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.

·       Build relationships with strategic partners and oversee executive team performance.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, Administration, Business Development, Finance, and HR.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior operational or executive leadership roles.

·       Strong familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and project management tools.

·       Strategic thinker with proven change management and team leadership skills.

·       Experience in developing and executing long-term operational strategies.

·       Deep understanding of market trends and operational processes.

·       Proven experience in managing complex budgets and operational systems.

·       Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial reports.

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Strong negotiation skills and ability to build business relationships with contractors, vendors, and partners.

·       Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.

·       Experience in identifying and managing operational and financial risks.
