What You’ll Do:

• Identify and reach out to companies abroad that need offshore staff
• Present OmTalent’s value proposition and schedule intro calls
• Close deals and earn commission on every successful onboarding
• Use our CRM, tools, and templates to manage your pipeline
• Join weekly check-ins and training sessions

What You Need:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Laptop and reliable internet connection
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
• Confidence, drive, and willingness to learn fast
