Automation Engineer

A startup company is developing a cutting-edge SaaS platform that streamlines enterprise networking and security in the cloud. The solution simplifies IT complexity by merging communication and security functions into a unified, cloud-native architecture.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near a train station and operates in a hybrid model (2 days from home), with 450 employees in Israel and additional teams worldwide.

The Role:

Join a core team working on infrastructure development in Java (other languages welcome). The role involves writing tests, handling communication protocols and traffic, and addressing security aspects such as user authentication.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience implementing automated tests for multi-layered products - must
• Experience with Networking protocols mainly with layers 3-7
• Hands on experience with Linux – must
• OOD/OOP design and coding experience - must
• Experience with using Wireshark – advantage
• Experience with virtual environments like ESX, AWS, Azure
• Ability to work in a dynamic multi-task environment
