Navigation Integration Technician / Field Operator

ERO Group LTD is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Navigation Integration Technician / Field Operator to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, working on the physical integration and operation of advanced navigation systems for drones and UGV platforms.

🔧 Responsibilities:

· Perform physical integration of a multi-disciplinary navigation system on UAV and UGV platforms

· Operate and maintain the system on Linux-based environments (primarily RPi5)

· Lead and support field experiments, including setup, real-time operation, troubleshooting, and data analysis

·  Conduct hands-on work: wiring, interface activation, test equipment operation, and system validation

·  Work closely with system engineers, algorithm developers, the R&D team

·   Issue documents, field activities, and test results as needed

📍 Location:

Northern Israel – On-site with occasional fieldwork

✅ Requirements:

·  5+ years of experience as Practical Engineer (Handasai) or Technician in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or a related field

·  5+ years of Proven hands-on experience in system integration and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems

· Experience working with Linux, including running scripts, managing processes, and executing Python code

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment (experience in startups or defense projects is an advantage)

·  Strong self-learning ability and technical orientation

·  Excellent teamwork skills, alongside the ability to work independently

·  High level of organization, responsibility, and the ability to perform under pressure

·  Willingness to work in the field (experiments, deployments).

·  The job requires security clearance.
