📍 For a leading healthcare organization in the Central/Southern region

Are you passionate about data, AI, and driving real impact in the healthcare sector? We're looking for a talented professional to lead end-to-end projects in the field of AI and data solutions.

• Lead AI and data projects from definition through implementation
• Analyze business needs and define tailored technological solutions
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical specifications
• Write complex SQL queries and procedures, including data analysis, testing, and quality checks
• Coordinate with development, BI analysts, and DevOps teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager in tech
• Strong command of SQL, including writing complex procedures
• Hands-on experience with data processing and analysis
• High analytical skills, strong business understanding, and a process-oriented mindset
• Experience working closely with clients and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage requirements and documentation
• Skilled in writing functional and technical specification documents
• Self-starter with strong leadership and initiative

• Experience with AI projects or data-driven systems
• Familiarity with database technologies
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical workflows
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies such as bots and language models

📍The position is based in Be'er Sheva, with the option to work from the Central region as well.
