חברת מזון בעמק יזרעאל מגייסת טכנולוג/ית מזון ואחרא/ית רגולציה:
1. תיאור תפקיד:
טכנולוגית מזון ואחראית רגולציה ממונה על תמיכה בשגרת העבודה השוטפת של מנהל פיתוח הטכנולוגיה והחטיבה הטכנולוגית, תוך שילוב של אחריות על ניהול תחום הרגולציה בחברה ופיתוח מוצרים חדשים. התפקיד דורש יכולת תיאום בין מחלקות שונות, הבנת דרישות רגולטוריות וניהול משימות טכנולוגיות.

2. תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
א. סיוע בניהול וארגון המשימות השוטפות של מנהל פיתוח הטכנולוגיה, פיקוח על איכות המוצר בשיתוף עם צוות אבטחת איכות.
ב. הכנת מצגות, דוחות והכנה לישיבות טכנולוגיות וכן סיוע בפרויקטים טכנולוגיים וניהול המשימות והעדכונים הנדרשים לצורך קידום פרויקטים טכנולוגיים.
ג. ניהול תחום הרגולציה: מעקב אחר דרישות רגולציה והוראות חדשות בישראל ובחו"ל בתחום הרגולציה הטכנולוגית בהם גם הכנת דוחות ותחזוקה של מערכת הרגולציה והמסמכים הרלוונטיים.
ד. אחריות על פיתוח מוצרים ומתכונים.
ה. אחריות על תהליך הכנת דוגמאות ללקוחות.
ו. טיפול במפרטי מוצרים.
ז. מענה במיילים ללקוחות מקומי וחו"ל.

3. דרישות התפקיד:
א. ניסיון מוכח בתפקיד דומה בתעשיית המזון - לפחות שנתיים.
ב. מוסמך למדעים בהנדסת מזון וביו טכנולוגיה.
ג. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
ד. יכולות אישיות:, חשיבה מערכתית ואוריינטציה תפעולית, עבודה תחת לחץ ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת, גישה פרואקטיבית ויצירתית.

A food company is hiring a Food Technologist & Regulatory Affairs Manager

1. Job Description:
The Food Technologist & Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for supporting the daily routine of the Technology Development Manager and the technology division, while also managing the company’s regulatory affairs and participating in new product development. The role requires coordination between various departments, an understanding of regulatory requirements, and management of technological tasks.

2. Key Responsibilities:
A. Assist in managing and organizing the daily tasks of the Technology Development Manager, and oversee product quality in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
B. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for technological meetings; support technological projects and manage tasks and updates required to advance technological initiatives.
C. Manage regulatory affairs: monitor new and existing regulatory requirements and guidelines in Israel and abroad, prepare reports, and maintain the company’s regulatory system and relevant documentation.
D. Lead the development of new products and recipes.
E. Oversee the process of preparing product samples for customers.
F. Handle product specifications.
G. Respond to customer emails, both domestic and international.

3. Requirements:
A. Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry — at least two years.
B. B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology.
C. High-level English proficiency.
D. Personal skills: systemic thinking and operational orientation, ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time, proactive and creative approach.
