For a dynamic and growing non-bank financing company

A rapidly growing non-bank financing company is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Credit Manager to take on a dynamic role with end-to-end responsibility for credit processes. The position involves working with a wide range of financing entities and building tailored financing solutions for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee business credit processes: financial statement analysis, writing credit requests, and structuring customized credit solutions.
Match between business clients and financing bodies – including both banks and non-bank institutions.
Collaborate with economists and freelancers on business plan creation.
Coordinate, mediate, and deliver professional materials to financing institutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business credit – mandatory.
Managerial experience – an advantage.
Background in the banking system – mandatory.
Experience writing credit requests and participating in credit committees.
In-depth knowledge of the financing ecosystem: banks, non-bank lenders, government funds, credit companies, etc.
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to draw relevant credit conclusions.
Ability to lead and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable working directly with clients.
Initiative, business-oriented mindset, and ambition to grow and make an impact.
