About the role:

Responsible for managing production release processes within the Technology Division.

Establish and maintain structured workflows between Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, stability, and maximum availability of the company’s services.

• Manage and coordinate production release activities across infrastructure teams

• Manage and coordinate production release activities across development teams

• Ensure detailed and accurate approval flows across multiple stakeholders

• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Systems Engineering teams to gain business and technical insights

• Plan and maintain production release processes (ITSM, Change Management)

• Monitor production incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvements to system availability

• Analyze and communicate business implications as part of release and incident processes

Requirements:

• Extensive experience and strong command of Change Management practices

• Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or BMC beyond end-user functionality

• Deep understanding of complex technological systems

• Proven experience in specifying and implementing tools and methodologies

• Experience managing and tracking incidents, including investigation, documentation, and solution leadership

• Proven ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment with development and infrastructure teams

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies (Servers, Networking, Cybersecurity)

• Previous experience in a similar role within an enterprise-level organization
