European Business Representative

Distek Group is a global provider of advanced thermal diffusion zinc (TDZ) coating technologies, systems, and materials under the Distek and ArmorGalv brands, serving critical industries such as infrastructure, defense, automotive, railway, energy, and industrial hardware manufacturing. As we expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a professional, results-oriented representative to serve as our trusted local point of contact.

Role Overview

As Distek’s European Business Representative, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, supporting strategic partnerships, and advancing sales opportunities across the region, with a particular emphasis on Germany, one of our key target markets.

You will report directly to Distek’s Global Head of Sales and Business Development and collaborate closely with the executive and technical teams to identify, engage, and support qualified leads across industrial sectors that demand high-performance, corrosion-resistant surface treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Distek’s primary local representative in Europe, cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, coating service providers, engineering firms, and integrators.
• Provide market insights, support lead qualification, and coordinate technical discussions with the global Distek team.
• Represent Distek at relevant trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings when appropriate.
• Assist in building a strong commercial pipeline and progressing deals from introduction to close.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe (Germany preferred, but not mandatory), with excellent knowledge of the regional industrial and manufacturing landscape.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial business development, equipment sales, or related fields.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following industries: coatings, galvanizing, automotive parts, fasteners, infrastructure, rail infrastructure, or defense.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with international teams.
• Professional, trustworthy, and highly motivated.

Engagement Terms

• The role is designed as a professional engagement with a monthly retainer AND competitive success-based commission.
• While exclusive representation is not required, we expect a serious and results-driven commitment. Any existing business activities must be free of conflict of interest, and full transparency will be essential to ensure alignment.
