Financial Planning Analyst

FP&A - Strauss Coffee International - Petah Tikva

You can Expect:

• Full responsibility for analyzing both international and local markets, including building databases, analyzing data, developing new reports, and reporting to senior management.
• Ongoing business monitoring and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results of the subsidiaries abroad – identifying risks, highlighting gaps, and preparing presentations to management.
• Collaboration with financial analysts and control managers in international subsidiaries to improve, monitor, and analyze received financial data.
• Active participation in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning of the global coffee company.
• Development of reports within the company's information systems, including Power BI.
• Execution of various economic analyses, special projects, model building, and scenario planning.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Econimoics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or financial control.
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT - Mandatory; Experience with Power BI - Advantage.
• High proficiency in English is required.
• Strong technological orientation.
• High analytical skills, adaptability, proactivity, leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
