Position Description:

🔹 Lead the planning, coordination, and logistical management of project activities

🔹 Build and update annual and ongoing work plans

🔹 Monitor and control the project budget and financial performance

🔹 Track production schedules and subcontractor deliveries

🔹 Manage procurement processes and subcontractor agreements

🔹 Support price quotations and participate in negotiations with clients

🔹 Oversee invoicing processes, shipment documentation, and payment tracking

🔹 Ensure compliance with contracts and milestone targets with subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in planning & control / finance / operations
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS Project – an advantage
• English – mandatory
