Financial Planning Analyst

📢 We're hiring: FP&A Analyst with Real Estate Experience

Looking for an FP&A Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, specifically from the income-producing real estate sector.

This role is with a global real estate company operating across Europe, Israel, and Dubai.

🧭 Key response

bilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts
• Analyze asset performance and prepare reports for C-level and investors
• Collaborate closely with asset management, development, and leasing teams

🔍 Requirements:

• Proven experience in income-producing real estate – must
• High-level Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience preparing executive presentations
• Strong English and global exposure – required
• Familiarity with SBO / NetSuite / Charizma – an advantage
