We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the team in a newly created role focused on connecting the R&D and production departments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transition of innovative products from development to full-scale manufacturing in a leading and well-established cosmetics company.

📍 Location:

Split position between the R&D center in central Israel (4 days a week) and production sites in northern Israel (1 day a week).

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of transferring new formulations from R&D to manufacturing
• Serve as a key liaison between development and production teams
• Coordinate with multiple departments including QA, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance
• Support scale-up, process adaptation, and implementation on the production floor

🎓 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Biotechnology – required
• 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in chemical, biotechnology, food or pharmaceutical production environments – required
• Background in emulsions or formulation development – a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the central and northern sites
