The Role
We're seeking a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of human-centered design and cutting-edge AI tools. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging user experiences for consumer-facing products - and who is eager to leverage AI technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a keen eye for design, fluency in front-end web technologies, and a strong drive to ensure our products deliver exceptional user experiences, from concept to execution.
What You'll Be Working On:
- You'll design intuitive flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces in Figma that bring product ideas to life and feel great in users' hands
- You’ll explore and apply AI-powered tools like Windsurf and Cursor to speed up your workflow, spark new ideas, and test solutions more effectively
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric product development
- You'll run usability tests, talk to users, and turn insights into design improvements that really move the needle
- You'll stay abreast of emerging design trends and AI trends to continuously refine and improve our user experiences
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing product designs
- You are proficient in user experience design tools like Figma
- You’re comfortable with building interactive prototypes or lightweight product experiences with no-code / low-code tools
- You have experience using AI tools such as Windsurf or/and Cursor to turn Figma designs into working front-end applications
- You have a solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors, JavaScript, and responsive/mobile-first design
- You're comfortable building front-end components with modern JavaScript frameworks (React is a plus)
- You bring a strong user-centric mindset and deep understanding of UX principles, always aiming to create intuitive experiences
- You communicate clearly, work well in cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- You work closely and collaboratively with engineers to ensure design is built as intended and technically feasible
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on products for older adults or in the healthcare space
