What's the job?

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bookkeeper with NetSuite experience to join our Finance team. As part of the finance team, you will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations to planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's future growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Accounts Payables - Processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments
• Accounts Receivables - Invoicing and collection, reconciliation, and aging reports
• Fixed Assets - Maintain the ledger
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, vendors, customers and intercompany balances
• Monthly closing process, including Accruals and Prepaid expenses
• Reporting to local authorities (VAT, Social Security, Income tax, VAT, Tax deduction, 856 report)
• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
• Reviewing and approving reimbursement expense reports according to company policy
• Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties, and special projects as needed
  
  

• 3+ Years of experience in bookkeeping from tech companies
• Bookkeeping Certificate-Type 3
• Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with Mesh or other virtual credit cards platforms
• Good knowledge of working with Excel sheets
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Fast learning capabilities
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
