Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Integration team. Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java /Spring Boot and Python & participate in design from scratch to production
• Delivering high quality features for our high-scale web environment
• Monitoring the performance and cost of the services in production
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve our technology stack and development processes
• Integrating with other team members (backend/frontend/product/UX) & mentor junior engineers and share your expertise with the team
  
  

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Must have 2+ years of experience in software engineering with Python
• Must be proficient in in a microservices environment
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with client-side development, using React
• Proficiency in various data stores such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Elastic
