About The Team

The Finance team at Fireblocks plays a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making across Fireblocks. Based in Tel Aviv, the team manages all financial operations, ensures compliance with local and international regulations, and provides accurate reporting that drives business performance. As trusted partners to multiple departments, we support the company’s rapid growth with diligent financial stewardship and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations, ensuring accurate financial records and accountability.
• Oversee accounts payable: review and process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile credit card statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
• Record daily transactions and execute journal entries, including month-end closing processes.
• Monitor employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and submit VAT and withholding tax reports to Israeli tax authorities.
• Apply and allocate incoming payments, resolve discrepancies, and investigate unidentified receipts.
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks and initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles
• Certified Level 2 Bookkeeper – required
• Proficiency in NetSuite – mandatory
• Background in global hi-tech companies – an advantage
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional-level English
