YouCC Technologies, a leading provider of cybersecurity, cloud, and outsourcing services, is growing – and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B tech services sales, preferably in outsourcing or tech recruitment.

About the Role:

• As part of our Outsourcing Division, you will lead end-to-end sales processes, work closely with HR and R&D leaders in top tech companies, and help organizations scale through tailored tech talent solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle sales processes with B2B clients – from lead to signed contract
• Generate and develop new business opportunities (hunting & farming)
• Present outsourcing solutions to HR, CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering
• Build proposals, manage negotiations and close deals
• Collaborate with internal recruitment & delivery teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of outsourcing / tech recruitment services – must
• Strong understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive for success
