We are looking for a Team Lead to manage projects in the medical imaging and healthcare innovation domain within our Medical Technologies Division. The role involves leading a team of project managers, overseeing cross-organizational projects from initiation to implementation, developing advanced technological solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and providing ongoing support for medical systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / Healthcare Management – required
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing project managers and/or systems analysts – required
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and requirements specification – required
- Proficient in SQL – required
- Development experience – a plus
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizational environments – a plus
- Experience in healthcare systems – significant advantage
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with imaging information systems – a plus
- Familiarity with OutSystems, predictive modeling, and FHIR – a plus
