- Manage order to cash process.
- Order Entry of Sales orders, Subscriptions, Sales Agreements in oracle cloud system
- Activation and billing of Subscriptions
- Products delivery to sites
- Review sales contracts and follow up invoicing per miles-stones.
- Work with daily and weekly reports to follow up orders progress.
- Work with various tools to maintain and follow up projects data for invoicing.
- Focal point for customers Managed Services orders
- Daily coordination with various internal groups (sales, services, finance, operations, product management) etc.
- Work on sales force.com (quotes, opportunities, cases, reports)
- Previous experience in a global telecom company
- Previous experience in sales operations position
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advance knowledge with Microsoft office tools, excellent in Excel
- Motivated and high service orientated.
- Flexibility to work with NA working hours.
- Previous experience with ERP System, oracle cloud – advantage
- Previous knowledge in sales force.com
