Junior Legal Counsel

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Job description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer looking to gain in-house experience in a dynamic and fast-paced global environment. You will support commercial and operational teams across global markets, particularly in Israel, the US, and the UK, and work closely with our senior legal counsel and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements (including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts)
• Support the legal team on matters related to procurement, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Help respond to RFPs and bid documents alongside our business development teams
• Maintain legal records, templates, and contract management systems (CRM, CLM, AI Tools)
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant regulations (e.g., privacy, commercial, corporate)
• Work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Operations, and Product
  
  

• Licensed to practice law in Israel
• Up to 1 year of legal experience post internship (commercial department in a leading law firm – an advantage)
• Strong drafting and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Interest in commercial law, technology, and working in a global environment
• A proactive, business oriented, collaborative mindset, and attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting
