QA/Testing lead is a testing hands-on role and is also responsible for DFE Testing team

activities, reporting directly to the PODS R&D Director.

The focus of this role is

• Hands on Test Design and Testing of DFE Products
• Set testing work standards and procedures
• Ensure team deliverables are on time, on spec and on quality
• Generate clear insights for R&D teams and product management, based on test results
• Lead the team in a dynamic, creative and contributive atmosphere
• Optimize resource allocation for project activities

Experience Required

• Extensive Testing experience and knowledge in a multidiscipline environment
• Strong experience in Test Design
• Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies
• Understanding of product life cycle
• Great team player in a collaborative environment
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on analysis, experience and

judgment

• Ability to adapt project plans, schedules, priorities and resources to respond to emerging

requirements and risks

• Proactive and positive can-do approach
• Knowledge of the printing industry – advantage
• Experience with HP quality center – advantage

Education Required

• Certified in QA/Testing / Practical Engineering or other related technical field
