Senior Supply Planner

Agilite is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join our Operations team.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the global supply plan across raw materials, finished goods, and 3PL fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of operational execution, analytical planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Supply Planning team, including performance management
• Own and manage the global supply plan to support business goals
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams
• Support demand planning processes through forecast analysis and alignment with commercial teams
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and inventory plans
• Develop and optimize planning methodologies, tools, and recurring cadences
• Define and manage planning parameters within the ERP (lead times, MOQs, reorder points)
• Maintain optimal inventory levels – balancing availability, cost, and efficiency
• Implement planning best practices, including segmentation models and statistical logic
• Contribute to the company’s S&OP process and drive alignment across departments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in supply and/or demand planning
• Experience in a leadership or managerial role - Advantage
• Proven track record in supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration
• Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of demand planning models and forecast accuracy metrics
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Advantage: ERP implementation and adoption leadership
• Advantage: Experience with planning tools (Power BI, SQL, statistical modeling)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail, structured mindset, and a sense of ownership

Advantages:

• Experience managing both supply and demand planning under one function
• Familiarity with segmentation models (ABC/XYZ), safety stock optimization, and dynamic planning
• Experience working with textile or size-complex products
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, KPIs, and automation processes
