Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join us and take part in defining, designing, and leading innovative product and service offerings that will shape CyberArk’s future in the Discovery & Context domain.

As a product owner you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams,product managers and architects, to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, while ensuring the alignment of business needs with cutting-edge technology.

You’ll shape the product vision, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and guide development teams through execution - all while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, scalability, and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Define & Prioritize Product Backlog – Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
• Sprint Planning & Execution – Participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth development cycles.
• Bridge Business and Technology – Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure development teams understand the technical goals.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with Company teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• API & System Design Oversight – Provide guidance on API design, data models, and solution architecture decisions.
• Support Technical Debt Management – Work with engineering teams to refactor and improve existing systems while balancing new feature development.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment, security platforms, or Analytics systems.
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of comprehensively grasping both the functional and technical dimensions of intricate systems.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture. Ex Developer\QA engineer is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with strong backlog and roadmap management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architectural discussions into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across different units.
