Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join our growing software team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership - helping design, architect, and build core systems from the ground up.

You’ll be working closely with another experienced C++ engineer. You’ll need to be independent, move fast, adapt quickly to new technologies and dive deep into complex technical domains as part of building secure, scalable, production-grade systems.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize real-time C++ applications for high-performance and low-latency systems.

• Design and optimize custom Linux-based systems - including building tailored distributions,

developing in user space and kernel space, and improving performance through low-latency acceleration and deep understanding of the Linux filesystem and internals.

• Play a significant role in shaping the product’s architectural decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software development in C++

• Strong design, coding, analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience with low latency acceleration and performance improvement

• Experience with Linux user space/driver/kernel development

• Deep knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP stack

• Good view of system architecture and performance

Bonus Points

• Experience with video streaming programming, including ffmpeg and gstreamer

• Practical understanding of RDP technologies (with emphasis on freeRDP) • Working knowledge of the Yocto build system • Familiarity with WebRTC
