🚀 We're Hiring: Software Manager – Digital Solutions | Yokneam, Israel
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Software Manager to lead our Digital Solutions development team in Yokneam.
In this key role, you'll lead the development of cloud-based solutions, manage Agile teams, collaborate with global partners and subcontractors, and drive the integration of AI technologies into our department’s processes.
🧠 What you'll do:
Lead software development and automated testing of digital cloud solutions
Collaborate with architects to design secure, privacy- and cybersecurity-by-design systems
Manage and mentor Agile software teams
Work with partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
Integrate AI into development and operational processes
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
🎯 What we’re looking for:
BSc in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in cloud architecture (Kubernetes, API Management, Azure IoT, Digital Twin, etc.)
Strong leadership in managing multiple Agile teams
Background in big data and privacy-aware development
Knowledge of Azure – a plus
Experience in medical software – an advantage
Programming in C# / Python (C++ – a bonus)
