Senior Validation Specialist

Validation Team Leader – Leading Industrial Company | Nahariya Area

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Validation Team Leader to join a leading industrial company located in the Nahariya area. This is a central and challenging role within a sterile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the validation team within a sterile production facility
• Oversee validation of process equipment and supporting systems
• Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Lead Cleaning Validation activities in collaboration with analytical laboratories
• Plan and manage engineering projects in compliance with GMP and international regulations (FDA, EMA, Israeli MOH)
• Maintain ongoing communication with departments such as QA, Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Laboratories
• Support deviation investigations, perform risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical-related fields)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process equipment validation within a sterile environment
• Proven experience in writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Familiarity with CIP/SIP processes and hands-on experience in Cleaning Validation
• Solid understanding of GMP standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience in team or project leadership – a significant advantage
