Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager at reRecruit. We are seeking a strategic professional based in Israel to help establish and manage our India-Israel workforce placement operations. Join our mission to connect talented Indian professionals with Israeli companies seeking skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships with Israeli companies needing Indian workers
Develop strategic partnerships with Israeli recruitment agencies and companies
Navigate Israeli labor laws and visa requirements
Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial contact to placement
Coordinate with government agencies

Required Qualifications:

Based in Israel
1+ years in partnership development, business development, or international recruitment
Fluency in English and Hebrew
Understanding of Israeli labor market and immigration processes is a plus
