PURPOSE

The Elopak Order Handler coordinator is the key contact for customers, you will deal with the complex documentation for import and the logistics challenges, work together with Sales in placing the customer orders correctly and deliver products on time in full according to the customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong and trustful relationships with customers to ensure good communication and high-quality ordering performance.
• Responsible for order handling and Logistics. Cost control and secure quality service/delivery.
• Ensuring that the deadlines are met on time and cases are updated.
• Follow up and handle correctly contractual terms and billing procedures, assuring that the given requirements meet the Elopak/customer contract agreements.
• Handle and follow up claims administration in proper time and form.
• Advise and support all activities regarding Artwork and New Designs, considering the order requirements and customer needs for the proper delivery and follow up of the services and product.
• Support finance department with documentation for solving overdue.
• Weekly and monthly Reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business administration or similar.
• Knowledge of order handling, customer support, logistics procedures, incoterms, exports and transport & bank documentation.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international team.
• Fluent English written and oral (other languages are a plus).
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
