A global performance media company is looking for a Senior Performance Media Buyer to lead all user acquisition efforts across paid channels.
This is a hands-on and data-driven role with full ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution, working directly with the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire performance marketing operation from strategy to execution.
- Run large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize funnels, and hit aggressive global performance goals.
- Work closely with the CEO and take part in strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google and Meta Ads
- High English and Hebrew level – written and spoken.
- Proven experience working with large budgets and global KPIs.
- Tech-savvy, analytical thinker, comfortable with data and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in a similar senior-level performance marketing role.
- Background in e-commerce, content arbitrage, or search arbitrage - an advantage
Base salary + performance-based bonuses.
