What You'll Do

Develop and lead security strategies, policies, and procedures
Define and write security requirements for internal and client-facing projects
Ensure secure architecture across self-developed and business-driven systems
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve security issues
Participate in steering committees and project meetings
Integrate risk assessments and compliance into business and technical processes

What You Bring

2+ years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist
Solid understanding of security frameworks and threat vectors
Familiarity with SSDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud environments (a plus)
Experience with cybersecurity compliance, especially in the financial sector (an advantage)
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
