Community & Customer Experience Manager

We're a rapidly growing tech company on the lookout for a Community & Customer Experience Manager to join our team in a dynamic and impactful role.

This position is all about creating meaningful relationships with our customers, leading engaging communications, managing vibrant communities, and crafting inspiring experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain ongoing communication with customers
• Share content and updates via newsletters, social media, and digital communities
• Manage and nurture customer communities across multiple platforms
• Tailor the customer experience according to different engagement stages
• Create engaging content and help shape our customer experience branding
• Develop visual and marketing materials (banners, videos, images)
• Plan and execute events, conferences, and unique client-facing activities
• Design retention strategies and strengthen customer relationships
• Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Lead customer events, webinars, and Body & Mind content sessions

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in community or loyalty club management – must
• Proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media)
• Strong copywriting skills and experience in creating marketing content and newsletters
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A team player with great interpersonal skills, creativity, and independence

***This is an in-office role based in Tel Aviv – no hybrid or remote work***
