Production Engineer

🔌 Production Engineer – Cable Assemblies Sector

Join a leading defense company in central Israel as a Production Engineer specializing in cabling and electronic box assemblies, within our advanced Production Engineering department.

🚀 Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the product development process and transitioning designs into full-scale production
• Reviewing engineering designs against manufacturing capabilities
• Planning production processes for cables and electronic enclosures
• Defining manufacturing methodologies, process controls and documentation
• Drafting comprehensive work instructions for production of cables, boxes and systems
• Building product structures (BOMs) and supporting manufacturing teams in troubleshooting and improvement

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics production: cables, boxes, antennas, PCB assemblies, etc. – Mandatory
• Prior experience in Production Engineering – Advantage
• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems – Advantage
