System Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM | Hybrid | Tel Aviv

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team working in an agile environment, on an exciting and impactful project within a leading organization.

What you'll do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Write high-level and detailed design documents for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system integration and ERD diagrams
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and various stakeholders across the organization
• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and ensure smooth implementation of CRM solutions

What you'll bring:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience writing specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in complex, multi-process environments
• Previous experience with Dynamics 365 implementation – an advantage
• Relevant academic degree and/or Systems Analysis certification – an advantage
