Installation Manager

• Providing expert support and training at costumers sites.

• Performing field service activities including on-site installation, upgrades,

preventive maintenance, integration test and system repairs.

• Instructing customers in the use of our products and providing technical

support.

• Coordinating and scheduling field tests and installations on site.

• Writing technical test documents and reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical engineering /exact science or similar field.

• 5 years experience of application engineering.

• Experience in managing an installation team.

• Background in hardware and software testing.

• Experience in troubleshooting. within a multidisciplinary system

• Experience in working with customers on locally and aboard.

• Fluent in English and Hebrew- Must.

• Willingness to travel abroad.

• Great interpersonal skills, customer facing.

• Highly motivated and self-management skills.
