RPA Systems Analyst

Central Israel | Hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 remote)

A well-established organization is looking for a Systems Analyst to join its growing automation team and take part in digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview:

• Analyze and document business processes for automation
• Write functional and technical specifications for RPA implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology units
• Work with RPA platforms such as UiPath
• Support the design and rollout of automated workflows across the organization

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or business process analysis
• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Familiarity with RPA tools (advantage)
• Experience in large organizations, preferably in financial or insurance sectors (advantage)
• Strong communication skills and a high level of English
