A high-growth startup in the High-Frequency Trading (HFT) domain, and one of the global leaders in algorithmic trading leveraging supercomputing and complex Deep Learning and mathematical models to perform high-frequency trades.

The company is based in central Israel, employs around 100 people, and offers one work-from-home day per week.

The role:

Join a team working on Deep Learning and Machine Learning models
Research and analyze massive datasets (Large Datasets)
Apply advanced statistics and probability theory
Development primarily in C++, with some use of R
Strong emphasis on the research side – ideal for those passionate about data-driven innovation and complex modeling
The company is made up of top-tier researchers and domain experts

Requirements:

BSc with honors (average grade 91+) from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Electrical Engineering – mandatory
At least 1 year of experience in research – mandatory
Experience working in startups or high-tech companies – mandatory
Experience in trading companies – strong advantage
Advanced academic degrees from top-tier universities – strong advantage
