We're Hiring: VP of IT | Lead Technology Across the Organization

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of IT to lead and scale our technology operations across a fast-paced, multi-site organization. If you're a seasoned IT leader who thrives on transforming business needs into robust, scalable solutions—this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

As VP of IT, you will take full ownership of the company’s technology landscape:

• Infrastructure & Networking: Oversee on-premises systems, Azure cloud environment, endpoint management, and WAN/SD-WAN connectivity.
• Retail Technology: Ensure stability and performance of in-store systems including POS, connectivity, and hardware.
• Enterprise Systems: Manage ERP platforms, Office 365, identity and access management, and other critical business applications.
• Support & Service Delivery: Lead IT support operations, enforce SLAs, optimize service processes, and drive user satisfaction.
• Security & Compliance: Manage cybersecurity tools and external partners, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.

You will also:

• Translate business needs from operations, logistics, HR, and finance into reliable IT strategies.
• Lead a blended team of internal staff and external vendors with clear priorities and accountability.
• Standardize IT documentation, monitoring, and processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related business needs, escalating to the CTO only when necessary.
• Drive initiatives such as ERP modernization, retail technology upgrades, and international infrastructure scaling.
• Contribute to long-term IT strategy, balancing immediate execution with future growth planning.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience with full responsibility for infrastructure, systems, and support.
• Proven experience in multi-site environments, preferably in retail, logistics, or similar sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in networks, cloud (especially Azure), cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and identity systems.
• A proven ability to deliver complex projects, manage vendors, and lead teams without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• A track record of being the go-to IT leader in high-growth, fast-moving companies.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DevOps or infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Led ERP or POS system migrations in scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
