Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will be part of a team of financial professionals responsible for managing revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606, and supporting cross-functional business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and determine revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606
• Ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting and compliance
• Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Audit and monitor commission calculations and calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Support and manage statutory audit processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and accounting policies

Qualifications:

• CPA with at least 2+ years of post-internship experience, preferably in a high-tech multinational organization
• Deep understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Qlik Sense
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English with exceptional attention to detail
• Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
